Brianna Higgins is the founder of Hope | Help | Healing Counseling (HHH Counseling, LLC), serving the Gulf Shores of Alabama and providing certified teletherapy for Alabama residents. With over five years in private practice, Brianna specializes in working with young adults experiencing PTSD, generalized anxiety, and neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD). She offers therapy for individuals, couples, and families, blending psychodynamic, strengths-based, and humanistic approaches with innovative techniques like trauma resolution energy therapy, expressive arts, and narrative therapy.

 

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Liberty University, Brianna also serves as President-Elect of the Chi Sigma Iota (CSI) Rho Eta Pi Rho Chapter, where she mentors students in developing their professional identity and counseling skills. Her academic and clinical focus centers on advancing culturally informed mental health practices, with specialized certification through The Center for Cultural Humility at UC Berkeley.

 

A passionate advocate for the d/Deaf community, Brianna integrates her background in American Sign Language with her counseling expertise, empowering clients to find and use their voice—spoken or signed—in transformative ways.

 

In her downtime, Brianna enjoys ballroom dancing (especially the Waltz and Argentine Tango), reliving the emo/punk rock era through concerts, and immersing herself in games like Stardew Valley, Zelda, and Animal Crossing.
